Searching for reviews on this hotel all were very good. But I didn't have such a good experience, for many reasons. 1- When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation. I was asked for paying although  the payment was comprised in my booking. 2- the air conditioner didn't work properly... was whether too warm or too cold. Besides, the bed was placed below the cold air outlet, very uncomfortable!! 3- Although clean, the shower didn't have any curtain or box, and water was spread out all over the bathroom. 4- The electric shower was clogged, water was flowing in a very strange way. As soon as I realized problems 3 and 4, I asked at reception for a solution, but nothing was done... I had to ask a second time. The receptionist found a curtain for the shower, but the problem of the clogged shower remained. Positive points: cleanliness, decoration, pool, location
