Staff was courteous and check-in was quick. The room was nice and it was handy for the room to have it's own entrance to the room. It is an older house and you can definitely hear thru the walls and ceiling. Nice to have the coffee and cookies available, overall a nice stay.

I did not stay for breakfast, but I would definitely stay here again, lovely staff, great comfortable stay, unique accommodations. Loved it!

Loved this place. Like a bnb but you have your own entrance and outdoor lounge area. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet.

This Inn is so wonderful! The rooms are so cozy and the bedding is beyond comfortable. I usually pack blankets and pillows with me everywhere I go on vacation because I prioritize a good nights sleep, but I didn’t need them here! The shower had a wonderful rain nozzle, and we had a wonderful French toast breakfast before we hit the road! Every room is super private, and only a short walk away from Drumheller’s dinosaur attractions. I highly recommend :)

A quant little stay with antique furnishings and off street parking. The room was beautiful, bed comfortable, a gas heater and little couch by the window to relax. The owner was personable, friendly and made you feel at home. It is within walking distance to downtown and some restaurants.

Room was very clean and in good shape. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend and would book again.

The town of Drumheller is nothing to write home about, but the Heartwood Inn is a delight. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the room and bed are very comfortable. Avoid the Diana Chinese restaurant...terrible Chinese food and service.

Delightful place, new ownership now for 2 months with very hospitable personalities. Not suitable for people who can’t climb stairs. The room we got had a fireplace, and a very modern bathroom with a multiple head shower and was comfortable in a homey way that corporate hotels can not match.

Carpet was old in halls and had a smell. Our bathroom also smelled and has tape on shower walls. ? Mold but the staff was wonderful and the bedroom and bed were comfortable

We would highly recommend staying here at The Heartwood Inn if you are going into Drumheller. MUCH MUCH BETTER than the "chain" hotels. The staff are excellent and very friendly, kind and helpful. The best praise we could give would be that we would stay here again in a minute when we return for another visit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! Thanks to all the owners and staff !

We had a lovely time at the Heartwood Inn. The rooms and Inn are well kept. The staff is welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Quaint and cute esthetics. Clean. Conveniently located near downtown Drumheller. The staff was friendly. Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson stayed here for 3 weeks during the filming of Shanghai Noon! Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. I'm not really sure if one could find a better accomodation in Drumheller.

Check-in was easy. I was walked to my room and given some welcome snacks. The room was clean and big - and the rainfall shower was amazing. Parking was convenient and many places were within walking distance - Valley Brewing, the pub, etc.
