Just what you would think clean room to sleep for the night!

We were arriving late & the lady at the front desk was so friendly and an absolute delight to end our long travel day. While the motel is not the newest, the room was clean, well equipped and the bed very comfortable. They are also pet friendly .They also have 2 ev car chargers ( at no extra charge) so we were able to charge our vehicle overnight. We would totally stay here again!!!

Ok for one night, having ac, a kitchen and big fridge is a big advantage especially for summer time

Freundlicher Empfang. Kleines Zimmer, kleines Bad, hellhörig, etwas schmuddelig. Kein Netz. Auf Nachfrage kurz da, dann wieder weg. Fensterrollo bedeutet entweder dunkel oder durchsichtig. Unattraktive Umgebung. Für das Angebot zu teuer.

It is difficult to find accommodation in this area so we tried this place instead of the other. It is disturbing to see rat traps in the bathroom when one checks into a room. I recommend they remove the traps when the room is booked. Smoking is permitted - or not controlled, as they smoked right outside the room doors. The cleanliness is not great.

Staff was lovely but the room was grungy and dirty. Thankful there were clean sheets and towels. And I think there was a mouse in the room.

We booked the room based off the pictures from Expedia. It looked older but nice. We were absolutely wrong though. The shower stopped working and the tub facet wanted to fall off the wall. The toilet seat was an adventure you weren’t sure you would survive unscathed. There was a shelf that wasn’t holding itself let alone anything else. There was no where to sit other than the beds, but they are on rollers so if you attempt to sit up leaning against the wall it rolls away on you. Maybe it was only room 10 that is this way? When we left at about 6:00 am all of the exterior lights were off for us to load up. I mean it was dark and being unfamiliar with the layout we weren’t sure where the steps were. Oh, almost forgot a mysterious hole in the wall with a painted cardboard cover that fell off is there for whatever small creature lives in it to come out at night… Seriously worst hotel we stayed in all of Canada. Places with way less infrastructure than Cache Creek have much better accommodations. We would happily accept a refund for this truly awful room experience. We do have videos and pictures if needed. The motel served its purpose for what we needed it for. The AC and heat units are a bit loud, especially during the night when you’re sleeping. Hotel is pet friendly, and the staff was very polite and helpful.Sage Hills fits in to the surrounding areas just fine, but there isn’t a lot to do in cache Creek.

Comfy blankets and beds

This was a terrible experience… bathroom walls and door were dirty and sticky, no curtain on bathroom window, dirty floors and the room stunk terrible. Could not stay.

Very run down but the people were great and was able to charge my EV on site.

I’ve stayed here before. For the price, it’s decent.

Sister trip traveling with 3 small dogs. Owner and staff were able to accommodate our needs. Room was clean and comfortable but there was a coffee pot with no coffee. Inside the microwave was very dirty. All in all it was a good experience

This was a nice little motel for a stop over in Cache Creek. It's not the Hilton, but it was a clean, well kept motel with friendly staff. The rooms appear to be recently renovated were clean and well stocked. Restaurants and other amenities are near by.
