The owners work very hard keeping this motel clean and maintained. I was very impressed with my stay.

The rooms were clean and modern with comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to make us happy. We had a wonderful stay and plan to stay here again when we are down this way.

Clean room, looked recently renovated. Friendly staff. Good location for visiting the centre of Perth. Good value for a comfortable, basic overnight stay or two. A/C was a bit intrusive being located on the wall above the bed, but didn't prevent a good sleep. Only noticeable exterior noise was the occasional train passing on the rail line across the highway. Would probably stay here in the winter for trips from Picton to Ottawa Senators games in Ottawa.

Very nice room and bed with excellent shower and washroom. The staff were kind and held onto a keepsake item we had left behind until we passed back on the way home. Location is the only issue as it is at a fairly busy intersection with little shade and no sidewalks, but traffic was greatly reduced at night. Just a couple minutes by car from the Perth business district.

Have stayed there before and although there was a rowdy crowd next to my room everything was OK. This stay June17-18 was much quieter. Staff that I met very friendly. I will stay there again.

Good place to stay after a long drive

Clean room, great air conditioning.

Very conveniently located motel on our way to Ottawa. The room is super clean, bed was comfy and closed by to everything in town. Love it!!

The rooms are slightly smaller than I’m used to, but it was bright and very clean. The reception was very quick and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Parking was right in front of the room door.

Very well maintained and clean. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommend, would stay here again. I've stayed in many different motel for my travels and I was very impressed with Tay. Although it's off the main road you don't hear the traffic. Close drive to downtown Perth.

Only issue was the bed was uncomfortable.

The room was throughly cleaned on a daily basis, the check in and check out quick, plenty of parking. Tim Horton, groceries and fast food restaurant was in walking distance.

The room was clean, fridge was cold, staff were friendly. There is no ice available on site, so bring your own.

Owner was very hlpful re: internet and small heater to take the cold out of the room.
