Everything was good

Nice renovation

Beautiful views of Prince Rupert sound.

Unfortunately, the first room we stayed in had left over food from previous guest. The smell was awful. They did change rooms for us but the bed was not comfortable.

We were stayed overnight on our way from Haida Gwaii back to Port Hardy by ferry. The hotel staff were very welcoming - we even received a room upgrade when we mentioned it was our 30th wedding anniversary! They provided a brown-bag breakfast service for those, like us, who are making an early start to catch the 7.30am ferry, which was very much appreciated. Our harbour-view room was very comfortable with a large shower, plenty of seating and an extremely comfortable king bed

Friendly staff. Quick easy check-in. Clean room. Amazing comfortable bed and pillows. Good amenities. Close walking to everything.

Property was cramped. Front desk staff was less than helpful, did not have suggestions for local dining, etc. Housekeeping staff was very nice.

The front desk guy was informal, friendly and helpful. The room had been aired out and smelled good. It had a lovely view of the harbour.

Beautiful views of the Harbour to whale watch with your morning coffee. We ended up in a king suite which was really nice. Lots of room. Nice big tub and all the regular room amenities. Only downside is if you have to walk it’s a bit of a jaunt to cow bay. We are in our 50’s so after the first day of walking it got a little old for me. Lol. I may choose to stay closer to and on the other side of the mall as it was not convenient to get around the mall at nite after it closed. You have to walk through the mall to get to the other side to get to cow bay if that makes sense. The hotel staff were all very nice. Room was clean and great location. I would recommend especially if you don’t mind walking. If that’s not issue for you then this is good value for your dollar with beautiful views.

Great place to stay and a beautiful lounge. We watched whales in the harbor. My only complaint is the awful jazz music in the lounge. So, bring headphones. .

Property was very clean. Not sure why, but accommodations in this town are very expensive.Breakfast is adequate.

Was very nice

The room was clean, housekeeping was more attentive than I expected. The breakfast was a true continental with coffee, tea, juice, bagels, toast, jam, cheese in a very nice breakfast area overlooking the ocean and port. Yes, if I visit again I would stay here.
