Amazing stay overall! Highly recommended

Parking was very limited and unsafe. Fell a couple of times as it was very icy and not salted. We could barely go up to the hotel. Very small room for the price, while we got to our room the door wasn't even closed properly. Staff was warm and helpful. Overall not worth the price to be honest.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The rooms were acceptable and the location was excellent, especially for the price we paid. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There was also a food basket for breakfast that was very convenient. Unfortunately, our only negative experience was with one cleaning staff member. After my wife asked her for help opening our door while she was cleaning the room next to ours, the interaction was unpleasant. Later, despite leaving a “make up my room” sign on the door, our room was not cleaned. We noticed the sign had been flipped to “do not disturb,” which we are confident was done intentionally so the room wouldn’t be serviced. This was a disappointing and unnecessary experience, but aside from this incident, the hotel itself met our expectations and was good value for the money.

Vraiment un coup de peinture ferait grandement du bien (vert menthe et pêche comme couleur) Que dire de la salle de bain (bain tourbillon des années 80) Positif: la propreté des lieux et les employés sympathiques des notre arrivée.

Staff was nice, place was clean

The swrvice was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

The service was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel and spa were clean and well maintained. However, although we had reserved three rooms, our friends were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bed linens and bed in one of the rooms.

I got charged at the hotel after I paid through Expedia and when I go to the room it was dirty. I had change rooms. I wasn’t impressed and I hope I get my refund when I check out

Generalement tres propre et en bon etat. Le service etait inegal mais courtois. Cependant, la cafetière etait sale. Et on aurait apprecie plus de details sur les installations. Enfin, la température de la chambre etait difficile a contrôler. On a eu tres chaud pendant la nuit. En somme, Tres belle vue vue et bon rapport qualité-prix.

Très bien, nous avons passé un séjour agréable et calme. Le déjeuner était pas trop luxe mais j’ai aimé le fait qu’ils l’apporte directement à la chambre.

Clean bed, hot tub and washroom. The room could use some maintenance, upgrade, paint.

Honnêtement un peu déçu, car on est venu en voyage en couple, on a vu les photos mais ça ne représente pas la réalité, une petite piscine mais fait quand même la job, ( faut pas être plus que 4 personnes sinon ça devient trop gênant), notre chambre était vielle, pas très bien rénovée, le déjeuner 25$ extra mais peu de chose, les peignoirs faut les louer 10$. Quasiment rien b est inclus. Pour le prix qu'on a payé, nous ne reviendrons pas.
