Old hotel but well maintained. Staff at the reception are very nice and helpful. The terrace in the back is a big plus. Rooms are not very big but it was ok. Location of this hotel is just perfect

We had an ocean view room with a balcony but unfortunately the windows wouldn’t open and it was extremely hot in there so we couldn’t sit out there. That was really the only issue. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

We loved our overnight stay at RumRunner. The room was super clean, comfortable, with special touches that made you feel welcome. It has a communal balcony that with a view of the harbor where you can have some quiet time with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The staff was very friendly and was there to greet us even though we arrived somewhat late. We would be happy to return!

The location of this hotel is perfect. Couldn’t be better. Harbour view and right in the Main Street in the thick of things. Large room with comfortable bed and a huge balcony!

Nice location facing the ocean. Unique comfy room however ceiling fan was not working. Great walking distance to streets in Lunenburg. Enjoyed our stay.

Our room and the check-in area were very clean and the staff was friendly. We had a lovely view of the harbor, the Bluenose II, and the horse drawn carriages on Bluenose Drive from an enclosed sunroom off our bedroom. Very pleasant and many good restaurants, shops, and the waterfront within easy walking distance.

Central location, large clean room with comfortable bed. Quiet. Easy check in process. Free parking on street nearby.

Staff very friendly and helpful leading up to and during stay. Great location, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Fridge in room. Great location right on the harbor and near restaurants. While I understand it is historical, the building could use some updates in the outer back facade, the hallways and the bathrooms. Parking in high season would be difficult. We were okay in september

The location was great; our room was clean and roomy. The bathroom functioned well for a small space. We had use of the veranda which gave us opportunity to visit with others and enjoy the great view of the wharf.

We had a lovely spacious corner room overlooking the water. We sat on our enclosed balcony and watched the Bluenose 2 sail in and out of the harbour.

Our room was new and beautiful with a fireplace and great seating area, as well as comfortable beds. Their restaurant has deck and indoor seating with beautiful harbour views and the food was delicious. We loved it!
