Check in was quick and easy access to the room. Parking was immediately outside the door which made unloading and reloading convenient. The beach was just across the highway. A nice little spot.

The parking was easy. The room was clean. There was a microwave provided and a small fridge.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quaint feeling this stay offered. The view of Lake Superior was amazing and the room felt like a retreat. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the claim of best apple fritters is not wrong. An after dinner drink on the beach was a great way to end the day.

It is an excellent location. The staff were all super helpful. It’s also convenient as it has a take-out restaurant, convenience store (that sells beer, wine, etc.) & a souvenir store. The beach & lake are literally across the road. Each morning we both received one of their famous apple fritters (made daily) and our choice of a coffee/tea/hot chocolate. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall we had an amazing stay. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean with an upgraded bathroom. Steps away from the beach and fresh apple fritters and coffee in the morning! Overall 10/10.

Great location to Lake Superior. Just across the road. Free apple fritter and coffee for breakfast. Local white fish for supper was so tasty . Always spend 2 days here to enjoy life.

Pas de restaurant comme sur les photos,chambre de base mal agencée ,une table où on ne peut pas manger , télé dessus .et pour les chiens ils chargent 35$/ nuit et non pour le séjour comme marqué sur Expédia

great place to stay. they have everything you need. be careful of closing times for food. they sometimes close early so call. the rooms are priced too high imo.

When I contacted the hotel, they said that their cookhouse would be open. Fortunately, I arrived just before they were closing it at 5 o’clock. That was not relayed to me in any conversation previous to our arrival. If I had not been there early enough, I would not have anything to eat. Also, the fish and and fries was not good. The fries appeared to have been reheated and freshly cooked. The location is nice, but I won’t stay there again.

Friendly staff, clean and well equipped housekeeping unit. Right across the road from a beautiful beach. We totally enjoyed our 3 night stay.

I booked a room with a lake view and kitchen and made dinner and it had everything I needed except spices, The room as decorated nice and the bed was comfortable. on check in they gave us coupons for 2 coffee and 2 apple fritters the are know for and were delicious. FYI there are not a lot of restaurants near, they have some grab and go sandwiches and things but check the hours if you are checking in later in the day.

Excellent stay , room was clean and comfortable, check in was easy , right on the highway/lakeside. The free apple fritter in the morning with coffee was incredible.
