The room was great. At first driving in I was not impressed. Staff was great. We got in the room and it was good. We really liked it and it was clean.

Rooms were clean, but the room was kinda run down, was a bigger room than expected, I did not see a pool or hot tub, the people in the next room ( 2 or 3) were screaming at each other outside between 12am and 3am both nights we stayed there, we were treated great by the cleaning staff who helped stock up the towels and xheck up on us daily.

You get what you pay for. Only stayed 3 days, after wife arrived, I decided that the accommodations not suitable for my wife and we found a more acceptable room. From not being able to control heat/temp/air. To coming back one night with door wide open and lights on. Nothing taken btw.

The parking lot is well lit and in a safe neighbourhood. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds included firm and soft pillows which allowed us to sleep well.

Had to figure out how to increase the heating but otherwise we found it very comfy. The bed 🛌 was perfect for my bad back. It is like a cute and sweet little apartment. Best spot over our trip towards home from Texas!!

Perfect for what it is: Dysphoric atmosphere at it's most authentic--rutted-potholed driveway, rusty butt can by the door, Goodwill furniture, dead bug by the toilet, stained cracked ceiling over the bed, tinkling of the old rad as it warms...meets all one's end-of-the-road needs! Close to downtown.

Property has no security. We had someone banging on our door at 11 30pm

Nice room for the price

Parking was available on site, very convenient. Bathroom was clean and spacious, lots of storage, seemed like it was newly renovated. Carpet looked a little dirty and a musty smell, portable closet but face of the doors peeling/falling apart. Had a little kitchenette with fridge and microwave, didn't use. Box spring soiled around the sides. visible due to bed spread didn't cover the sides. Reception very friendly and followed up on requests in a timely manner (tv/cable issues). Booked two nights separately asked if we could stay in the same room but is ok if we can't, they accommodated us in the same room; however, we were charged an extra 5.00. Didn't mind paying the 5.00 but thought they could not have charged us, in the spirit of customer service/potential returning customer. The surroundings needed a little more lightening, sort of dark. Overall I would rate it as a 5.5.

Room very clean,large and warm !! Outside does some need tidying up but room is well worth price! Staff very nice !

Return to room after long day of hockey around midnight and the heater wasn’t working E-7 it said Didn’t want to wake people just bundled up and went to sleep . Advised them in the morning and they said oh sorry that’s all .
