Clean needs a little tlc but pretty good

I don’t understand how this motel has a 9/10 rating on Expedia. Based on our experience, the rating was very misleading. We chose this property because of its high reviews, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. The motel is located on a busy street directly across from a gas station. The room was very dated, with worn flooring and exposed, untidy wiring that gave it a poorly maintained appearance. Although our room was designated as non-smoking, there were cigarette butts scattered all around the area outside our door, which made the environment feel unclean. We were also surprised by the extra charges. The pet fee was exceptionally high, bringing our total cost to over $300 per night. In addition, the motel required a $210 damage deposit, which seemed excessive compared to most hotels that typically place a hold on a credit card. Overall, we felt the quality and value did not match either the price or the rating, and we would not choose to stay here again.

The room had everything we needed. The property is pretty dated and could use some renovations.

The room looked like it was under repair. It was right along the street, so it was noisy. The entrance was dark so we hard trouble finding our room. There were people smoking right by our door as we were trying to get in. The room looked nothing like it did on the site. The bedding looked horrible. We didn't know if we should sleep with our clothes on or not. It should be rated as a 3 and not a 9 !

Modern rooms with the usual amenities. The property has a swimming pool. The continental breakfast had no hot options. Internet was quick. Personal opinion the cost is high for where you are staying

Clean. Great value for the price. Good location off the highway. Quite a few restaurants around within a 5 minute drive.

The floor in the room was dirty, could tell it had not been properly cleaned in a long time.

Do not recommend! Place was horrible, beds were hard and uncomfortable. Room could use a deep clean and repair rotten water leaked trim. Was very noisy. Choose any other place.

The only thing I really didn't like was the air conditioner was loud?

Property and rooms were decent…pool was nice. TV and channels were mediocre at best, breakfast was okay…staff were very friendly and hard working. Overall a good nights stay.

The outside shows some age. The rooms were clean and attractive. The owners were really nice and cared about our stay.

Power in the town was out when we arrived. Check in staff were very accommodating, opened room for us, brought water and ice, delivered room key later after power came on. Very friendly staff. À number of times throughout our stay staff asked if everything was okay. Breakfast good. Nice pool area, with bbq.

The property is a bit worn down. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water. Breakfast choices were good.

Bedding was full of hard the bathroom was very dirty the the ac/heater didn’t work in the room and no Chanel’s on the tv
