Great central Campbellford location. Comfortable bed and room and beautiful old house with lots of character.

Great little place. No complaints. Had a nice breakfast with other guests that were staying there graciously provided by the host. Would definitely come back sometime. Expect a charming rustic vibe with comfy, contemporary TV/wifi set up. Breakfast was really great, everything pretty much felt at home, though we only stayed on night. Only weird thing was we had difficulty getting the bedside lamps to turn on.

Great amenities, pet friendly, excellent host

We had a lovely overnight at Emilyville Inn. Perfectly located for seeing the town. Room was comfortable with a great shower. Our host Kimberley was so kind and helpful - we were served a delicious breakfast as well. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Had such a wonderful stay. Kimberly went above and beyond to make myself and my dog feel welcome. My breakfasts were amazing, and even an extra slice of bacon was cooked up for my dog! Such a cute heritage home. River park is directly across which makes for a lovely little walk. Highly recommend staying!

The Emilyville Inn is a gorgeous old home. The wide plank pine floors and antique furniture were impressive. Kimberly, our hostess, was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. She showed us around before taking us to our room, which was just lovely. We had a great night's sleep and a wonderful "full" breakfast the next morning. I highly recommend a stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Emilyville Inn. Our host, Kimberly, was friendly and very helpful.She made an amazing breakfast and shared some interesting stories about the history of the house and the town on Campbellford. An easy walk to explore the town. Wish we.could have stayed longer!

The stay was great, much too noisy as 30 feet off busy main road hwy. 50-38. Her...Kimberlys courteous manner was exceptional. She made a huge breakfast the next morning. Would recommend but bring earplugs for bedtime.

We were treated like royalty. Breakfast was fantastic.

My wife and I stayed there for a night in the Honeymoon room. Amenities were great, Kimberly was extremely welcoming and accomodating. She texted ahead of our stay to ask about our meal preferences, and was available and replied promptly to any questions we had. Our room was clean and private. There was a nice little rooftop patio that we very much enjoyed hanging out on to end our evening. The home itself is charming and beautiful. The breakfast was far beyond our expectations. Amazing meal- and we will try our best to recreate those potatoes! If we are ever in that area again we will certainly be staying at Emilyville Inn. Had an amazing stay,

Good area the house in very clean n is very close to tourist attractions. Very affordable.

Kimberly is wonderful, the property is spotless and the breakfast exceptional - a great spot for a night or two.

The host was very friendly and informative about the area. The host was also accommodating to our needs and allergies. I would recommend this B & B to anyone. Also grocery store and restaurants within short walking distance.
