This is a wonderful property. I only ate breakfasts at the restaurant, but it was excellent. Next time I am there I will have dinner there, at the newly "Michelin recommended" restaurant. The room was great (this is the 2nd time I have stayed here, and both times the rooms were great) It is a very nice property, and a nice room. Parking was easy behind the building. The staff were very accomodating.

Ma femme et moi avons beaucoup apprécié la beauté de l'Auberge et la qualité exceptionnelle de la nourriture et du service. Nous avons aussi visité le musée en l'honneur de Jules Verne. C'est un endroit de grande classe. Ce fut un séjour magnifique pour nous deux.

Great location with easy access to nearby towns

The location is excellent, kind and welcoming staff, and the perfect quiet getaway. The rooms are clean and as comfortable as advertised!

Perfect

There is no elevator which makes it very difficult for seniors as we stayed on the 3rd floor. The staircase is a little unsafe at the top where they narrow. The room and bathroom were tiny!! It was a dormer where I kept hitting my head. The food was excellent as was the service.

Our room was 201 and had black mold in the shower, we didn't want to complain directly since we had a long drive back home. It is sad because everything else was amazing

Comfortable room on the 3rd floor with updated furnishings and a lovely bathroom. Do be careful about the dormers to not smack your head! Note that parking is shared with the restaurant (book ahead, the food is great!), so if you are arriving back late the lot may be full. However, we never had any issues. Free EV charging made road tripping through the area extra convenient!

Bon rapport qualité prix mais puisque c’est dans une maison ancienne, c’est un peu bruyant .

Everything is so clean and luxueux but the toilet tissue is awfully cheap.

We didn’t realize that the rooms were up the set of stairs that opens to a busy restaurant. It wasn’t a problem for me, but it was a surprise. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well appointed with nepresso coffee. We had dinner at the restaurant on our last night and it was the best meal we had in our 5 days in Quebec. Both food and service were exceptional!

Chez Truchon is just….magnificient, superb
