The location and view were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful during check in but be aware the property does not have staff 24/7. A few minor maintenance issues in the room including a squeaky bed. I think the rooms were recently updated but some things seemed old and tired. Seemed expensive for the property given there is no pool or on-site amenities.

Nice views, good size clean room, great coffee and tea and liquor store nearby which was open until 9 pm.

It's too bad we weren't told about the water beetles that come out from the baseboards when it rains. It was horrible. You had to have shoes on all the time because there were so many crawling around. If we'd have known we wouldn't have stayed there.

The view was amazing. It looks like old fashioned motel from outside, which I loved because of the nostalgic feeling but nicely renovated inside. Just enough amenities for our stay. Very clean. The only downside was that the sink in the bathroom was not draining well. Overall, it was wonderful.

Great location in a beautiful city. The hotel needs some upkeep but was clean. I was across the street from the water and also a very good restaurant.

The location is the highlight of the hotel. Right on the water, beside liquor store and popular restaurant. Also has everything you need if you’re going to make meals yourself, large fridge, microwave, oven/stove, nespresso machine, cups, plates and all the utensils! Cute little green space in the back with gazebo and some yard games

The property is dated, but clean and in a wonderful location!

the property is in an excellent location with all the rooms having a water view. Check in/out was straight forward. Parking was easy. Staff were outstanding. We would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Property was very nice and room was excellent.

The location was perfect for our stay. Pleasant area at the back of the property to sit plus the private balcony with a view of the ocean from our room. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. Peaceful bliss.

Staff were very responsive and helpful. Kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped for a motel! Balcony view was a bonus!
