Stay was acceptable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My Dad broke his tooth and the staff recommended a dentist to help us. We will had two more weeks on our trip and are from Ontario.

Room was not ready at ck in time We were asked to have a seat in the lobby Front desk resp forgot about us Hotel is in need of repair. It had an awful smell Air conditioning did not work. Mold around bath room sink Kids running wild in the hotel from the time we arrived until 1230 am. While parents were gathered in a room partying. Hotel staff did nothing to stop it I would never recommend this hotel. For what it is, price is outrageous

The room for two supplied only one hand towel for us. There was no fridge, which I have come to expect and was told we should have requested a room with one. I have not recently stayed in a room which did NOT have one supplied so did now know this hotel required notice. Even though we were staying three nights and did not request daily cleaning and bed make up, it would have been nice if garbage had been taken out as we had fruit which did not survive without a fridge. Live and learn. The safety lock on the door was broken, the TV turned itself on three days in a row while we were out and surprised us by being on when we returned. It can be assumed that the button on the remote was sticky and loosened itself and turn TV on. We initially thought someone had been in our room while we were away but no housekeeping had been done. It was a conundrum.

Great place. My only complaint was that the smoking area was right below our room and we were not able to open the windows for some fresh air

This property has been there for a while. Needs an overhaul. But rooms were clean and staff were great.

Hotel is dated, restaurant was good with decent food. Rooms were not stocked with towels there was only two towels for two double beds. However the staff were friendly and amazing and did bring us up towels right away. The hallways were dirty, carpets were just gross, there was plantar outside the entry door everyone had to pass full of cigarette butts. Overall it was a 3, beds were comfortable and staff made up for the hotels shortcomings.

Because I booked with Expedia, breakfast was not included.

Breakfast was not good

It was a hot day, very very poor air conditioning. So hot in the room, it was sickening. I thought breakfast was included with the room, but it wasn't. Limited parking on that particular night. When checking out there was very little communication, no such thing has "how to as your stay? Will not book there again.

Was a great place to stay. It was in a great place in gander with alot of amenities around you. Needs to hv a bit more cleaning in the rooms. But overall we felt comfortable there

I stayed 2 nights and after returning on the 2nd day to a still uncleared room I was told the rooms are not cleaned if you are staying 2 nights. I had to ask for clean towels, more coffee and the garbage was not removed. I doubt I will choose this hotel again. There was another issue I cannot post.
