All the staff we dealt with at the inn were helpful and very friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean, although we had trouble figuring out how to ease back the air conditioning a bit and found it very cold at times. The location is convenient and we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant attached is great too.

Nicely renovated room. Free parking. Easy bus routes to downtown. Breakfast option on and/or very near site. Staff friendly and helpful. No hooks or rail for towels - but hopefully that'll be fixed as part of process of upgrading the room.

Proximité avec ligne de bus intéressante. Calme par rapport au voisinage. Literie moyenne. Rien pour accrocher serviettes ou vêtements dans la salle de bain. Lavabo bouché (Ça peut arriver, pas ça qui fait la qualité de la chambre) Clim très bruyante même en position Low... difficile de bien dormir avec le bruit et ouvrir les fenêtres, pas mieux avec les sons extérieurs... Disons que c'est facturé un peu cher pour un motel de ce type.

The staff were amazing and chatty!

A very clean and comfortable room. Great shower with plenty of good hot water. Easy parking available. Appreciated the fact there was no carpeting on the floor. Bare walls with absolutely no art hung whatsoever was odd and added to a kind of industrial vibe. Restaurant is very good with excellent service, food and prices. Motel is located in the north end of Halifax so it's a bit off the beaten track for those whose main attractions will be downtown. However area is well-serviced by Metro Transit and getting downtown by bus is fast and affordable. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as expected

The beds were very comfortable and all linens were great including towels, however the bath had a scum ring and black hair inside the tub.

Clean place highly recommend

I checked out and reception told me everything was fine and that I could leave, 4 days later I randomly got a charge on my credit card and I had to email asking why I was charged. They emailed me photos of a “stain” that I had to zoom in to see as it was so feint and small, and I know it would have washed out in the wash but they claimed that a single pillow case was $150. It was a horrible uncomfortable bed anyway when we stayed, so itchy and cheap and the whole hotel is dirty. They have not responded to my emails since I provided proof that the “stain” is not permanent and definitely 100% would come out in the wash. Avoid this hotel at all costs because they will take your money after they tell you there’s no charges, without even providing an explanation.

Very clean and quiet, located conveniently. Attached restaurant is quite good. Could use an ice machine.
