Nice update rooms. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed, and several pillow options to choose from to suit your preference. A good night's sleep!

Arrived for expected late checkin and were treated so well by staff. Room was impecably clean and snacks for weary travellers available.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel reception staff are very kind. There's a parking lot right behind the hotel, making it easy to park. It's a very simple and clean hotel, much like a typical Japanese business hotel.

Clean, perfect location!

The building is a little older, but the unit had been recently renovated and was very nice. Quiet space, comfy bed, clean, good shower, and great staff. We definitely enjoyed the stay here much more than some of the nearby other options that we've tried in the past. We'd definitely stay again.

We've stayed here before on our way to Whistler. It's been great. Front desk staff was helpful, room was fine. We appreciate the breakfast, even though it was minimal.

Not all rooms have a mountain view but everything is clean and comfortable. Good pillows and beds. Stayed with husband and son (5y) and the location is the best feature in my opinion. Playground as a backyard and everything walking distance. Staff polite and caring. Overall a good experience 👍
