Just an fyi....we had no ac and it was 86° that day and I think our room got to about 90° in our room. That is my only complain, I was sweating the whole night

Small rooms with few people, staff could be friendlier

Supplying drinking water would have been great. Or an ice machine

Arrived at the property. Only one shared washroom on my floor and it was clogged. I was suppose to stay 5 nights. Cancelled after the first night and stayed elsewhere.

The location was great and the price was reasonable but the property is old and worn out. There is a one-room kitchen/lounge but there was little to no hostel vibe

Someone left a camera in the room on the floor. I can only assume the floors were not cleaned well or they would have found it. The room appeared clean, bed was comfy. Room was very warm.

We had a great stay. The room was directly across from the kitchen so we enjoyed speaking with other travelers. Great downtown location and just a few blocks from the cruise terminal. Bar was hopping on a Friday nite. The huge exhaust fan out the window was great for white noise. Staff was very helpful and happy! Would definitely recommend.

Noisy, could hear everything in the hall

Simple, no frills. Ladies restroom clean and nice. Stayed one night. Unfortunately i got top bunk but for one night, no problem.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Very understanding of older guests

Get what you pay for, nothing special but was not a bad spot.

No elevator was an issue but they got me a room on the second floor. I no longer had a single room I had to share with one bunk mate. In the end it all worked out well. Good place to stay before my cruise left.

Kitchen was ok just under rooms is pub and is open till 3am through the weekend

I’ve stayed at hostels that offer much more. It was ok for the one night I needed.

No travellers bothered other travellers, everyone was doing their own thing.

Shared Bathroom was a little dirty and one stall was out of order - otherwise all fine, as expected

Staff were excellent, check-in fast, I have stayed here many times.

Everything was amazing and they even upgraded me but I’m not the only person leaving with a full body rash and there was a mouse running around the kitchen which wasn’t ideal. Otherwise, very beautiful and safe!
