Staff was nice, but the check in was not great. First we got a key that was not activated, plus, since the elevator was out, we climbed all the way up to the 4th floor to find out we could not get in. Then, when we did get into our room, we realised it was set up for two people and we were three on the trip. So they had to change our room and move our stuff again. Staff was nice and helped us move and get set up, though. Also, there is plenty of parking around, but we still had to pay a daily fee, which seems like it should be included since it is far from town or any kind of real transportation, so you need to drive.

The room was small for three people and the access road to the hotel was very confusing.

Ok for a night of sleep. Simple & comfort room about 45 minutes to Basel airport.

Average hotel/motel, but food was very nice. Good location for road travellers, but isolated for tourists. Price was fairly low for Switzerland.

Worst hotel ever espaically in the summer, not good for family NO space to move (even for your luggages), no air-conditions and no refrigerator in room....and you can't imagine how awful it was. I spent 3 nights there, and i tried to decreasing my time there so, i back only for sleep. Never recommend place like this.

The stay was ok, until i started itching all over body in the morning, I now have about 40+ bites and it looks like bed bug bites, not impressed at all!!

Friendly, welcoming staff. Excellent food in the restaurant (rosti). Nice draft beer. We stopped here overnight enroute from rotterdam to ancona. We have stayed once before on a similar trip and having had a great experience we were more than happy to return. Rooms are comfortable enough for an overnight stay and the hotel is easily found after leaving the motorway. We will be back!

It was a nice and relaxing stay. The hotel is situated some miles away from Zofingen in a very quiet neighborhood. The room was well and clean, as was the bathroom. WiFi quality was very good. The room could have had more power plug options and it was strange to feel the bed moving actually. It moves very easily when leaning against the wall. Maybe comfortable for cleaning, but not for using it. Room service was not included, I had to get my food myself at the reception desk.

Great staff went out of thier way to make us feel wanted. Vicky managed to rustle up a vegetarian meal for us even after the kitchen had closed. Kumar and the Manager made sure we were okay during our stay here. No air condition in rooms but thankfully on the day we did not need it otherwise there is a lot of trains passing by if you open the windows. Overall, a comfortable stay with great people running the hotel

Ibis Rothrist was extremely clean and the staff were all very helpful with our questions. We ate in the restaurant for both breakfast and the evening meal and found the food excellent. The hotel is close to a major highway and was easy to get to. Location is close to bank, grocery store and within walking distance of the river and restaurants. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in a warm summer month.

Don't stay here. Very uncomfortable, no A/C terrible neighborhood and not very friendly staff. They were rude and not accommodating.

Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und ordentlich. Leider ist das Inventar etwas veraltet und leider ging schon zweimal die Lampe am Schreibtisch nicht, so dass ein Arbeiten nicht möglich war. Generell ist das Licht auf den Zimmern sehr dunkel und es ist nicht möglich, ohne eigene Lichtquelle und ohne Laptop zu arbeiten. Ansonsten liegt es einfach im Industriegebiet und damit sind keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal ist nett und jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit.
