We loved our stay!

Definitely I don’t recommend it over price hotel and terrible customer service , the lady at the reception very mean,

The Pollux boutique hotel is right on the Main Street so walking distance from the train station and all the shops. Our room has a balcony with a great view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast buffet is delicious with fresh made juices and lots of food choices. We enjoyed our time and definitely would stay here again next time.

I love this hotel style it was really welcoming

Located on the main street in Zermatt, within minutes from the train station. The room is spacious and beds are comfortable..the breakfast was superb too. We used the sauna rooms in the wellness centre which is free for use. They were in tip top condition.

Location is great, rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. Great saunas for relaxing.

Fantastic Staff. Friendly and helpfull. Pack your breakfast if you need to take an early train. Even help us to celebrate our birthday by giving us a birthday cakes and card. Very convenient . Walking distance to the train station.

The hotel is great, with a very convenient location close to the train station. The hotel is pretty and comfortable, with its own restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was on the top floor and had a glass ceiling to see the mountains. The only downside was that it was very noisy at night because it was right on the Main Street and people were out late.

What was not to like. Busy restaurants, busy, cozy bar, centrally located, terrific staff, clean, great beds. Nice variety in the common sauna area. The list goes on and on. Thank you, Hotel Pollux!!

This is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt and a mere 4 minute walk from the train station. Staff were very nice, rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. They have an attached restaurant and bar that were great. Both have great atmosphere with a cozy fireplace in the lobby bar. Great saunas and steam rooms on the lowest level. Ski storage room as well and a nice gym. Perfect place to stay on all fronts.

Centrally located hotel, less than 5 minute walk to train station and mountain access for skiing. The property is clean and rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. The staff are pleasant, friendly and always willing to help.

Loved loved loved this property! Our room was great and we had a balcony that looked up at the mountains. The breakfast spread was amazing and the hotel bar is so cozy and fun. The hotel is within walking distance to train station and all around food and shopping. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Zermatt!

The staff was so friendly at check in and check out. The restaurant staff was so friendly as well. The location was perfect to walk to the train station and the gondola to the Matterhorn. We had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our room!

We stayed at the Pullox for three nights. The hotel is incredibly charming and the staff extremely friendly. It’s centrally located on the main shopping street in Zermatt, making it a quick 5 minute walk from the train station and 7 minutes to the Matterhorn lift.
