Great service from everyone. Kyle was awesome, my TV picture was poor so he hooked me up with a new one.

We had a great experience, everything was as we expected and it was such a great location for our trip!

The parking lot they offer is far away from the hotel. Almost 5 min walk. Other than than it’s very good

Great room, very spacious and quiet. Living area and 2 private rooms. The only inconvenience was trying to find the Merlin House. Google directions were not accurate. Once we found the place, we were very satisfied with our stay.

It should be listed as a hostel not a convention center. Rooms are shared, with shared bathrooms

It is a school residence for students. Dorm rooms.I hated the flat sheets for bottom sheet they need to invest in fitted sheets. No cable but had wifi. It was adequate but expensive for just a sitting room and bed.

The property was very busy and our check in took about 20 minutes. The front desk staff was helpful in making sure we had the rooms that we booked and payment was correct. With the property being very busy we did not hear any noise from other guests during our stay. Overall a good stay for our group.

This hotel is a college dorm most of the year. It is rented a a hotel in the summer. The room stunk horribly of cigarettes. A coworker of mine commented that they didnt know i smoked. I dont smoke I spent the night in an ashtray of a hotel room and the stink is on me. Foul !

Expedia is so expensive you were double the price for the room I ordered an extra night at half the price

The rooms were okay. The bedding had no additional blankets. The community kitchen had no community amenities for guests to use you had to bring your own. If you try to call them they will not answer the phone. So if you choose this place make sure you bring absolutely everything from home with you or be prepared to eat out with every meal. There was no plates or Cutler of any kind in the rooms or community kitchen. Don't forget your soap. Overall very disappointed with the lack of amenities

the room was wonderful..4 separate bedrooms with a common area and 2 bathrooms..everything was clean and nice size rooms..was great to be able to relax together in the living room area with each other..there was also a hair dryer i was able to use so that was wonderful too.we will definitely stay here again

The property was convenient for my needs, it did not end up being more economical than a hotel as we paid for a room we did not need as they did not accommodate rooms for just 3 people.

Super basic, rooms were hot, sheets were uncomfortable, beds were hard, tv too small.

Abhishek at the front desk with his supervisor was doing a great job. Alot of traffic and he keeps his smile and helpful look. Well done to him (his supervisor also needs special applause)
