Excellent in every respect. Hard to tell what is better - the amazing view, the sumptuous hot/cold breakfast, or the large room. 11 out of 10!

The restaurant is open at Friday and Saturday only and doesn't offer any vegetarian food!

Nice hosts and comfortable beautiful countryside. The food was good and the breakfasts very filling.

The hotel was fitting to the area, and although there was the language barrier. The staff couldn't be more helpful and welcoming.

This is a very well run hotel in a lovely area. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms, while not huge, are well equipped and comfortable. My room had a balcony that looked out over meadows towards the valley leading to Kandersteg. The restaurant was excellent, with menus including soup, salad buffet and desserts with each main course. I will definitely return here again, and would thoroughly recommend it

Great stay with excellent service at a comfy guesthouse! Incredible selection of Swiss cheeses for breakfast, plus the most scenic view you’ve had for breakfast.

We enjoyed the excellent service, in the communication before as well as during our stay! Also breakfast was really nice! We are happily coming back.

A great place to stay. Very quite and the staff was great. A little off the beaten path but if you want to enjoy the Alps surrounded by a rural farming community this is your place to go.

Beautiful mountain views, right near the bus 62 stop, if you need to get there from Spiez, clean rooms, quiet place, friendly staff and nice complimentary breakfast. The most awesome puppy in the world!

Spent one night-was hard to find hotel without a gps! Nice room, but couldn't sleep because of mosquitoes. Lovely views.

The hotel had the most beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The hotel is a little out of the way of any major village, but totally worth the gorgeous drive. Internet access is a little spotty and somewhat slow. We could only get one of our devices on the net. Our daughters in their own room had no trouble getting both of their devices on, though. The nice man at the desk spoke pretty good English.

Kleines Hotel im Berner Oberland. Wir wurden sehr gut behandelt und fühlten uns wie zu Hause (sogar unser Hund). Wir speisten im Restaurant mit dem festen Menü, leckeres Essen. Definitiv zu empfehlen, wenn wir in der Gegend zurückgehen würden, wird definitiv eine erste Wahl sein.

Kleines nettes 3Sterne Hotel mit kleinen aber sauberen Zimmer und guten Betten. Nettes Frühstück inbegriffen mit einer grossen Auswahl an verschiedenen Käsesorten.

Placement idyllique. Chambre très propre et personnel très arrangeant. Seul petit bémol la taille de la salle de bains.

Alles gut, aber schlecht Empfang !
