Very comfortable and attractive accommodation with excellent facilities

Lovely accommodation. Excellent communications before and during our stay. Loved the attention to detail in relation to what was 'ours to ise' in the communal areas. Beautiful garden and terrace which we had access to (but didn't have the time to use)!

Best Airbnb style place we have stayed. Excellent staff lady on site. Knowledgeable & helpful. Some facilities are shared but with color coding (we were gold/yellow) & the honor system there was no problem. City transportation is included in your room which make it easy to get around. We will definitely be back!

Situated in a residential area it added to this feeling like a homestay. Rooms are compact but comfortable and clean with great amenities. Just a few minutes walk to a tram stop made it easy to get in and out of Bern centre. Friendly staff helped make it an enjoyable stay.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to whatever we needed. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.

There’s no air conditioner and if you open the window all the bucks come in and I asked for fan but no help and they provide a cooler which’s leaking which make the stay awful and anxiety overall property is good but management need to think about it and last think there’s no lift it you get third floor room you have to do some hard work

I loved the convenience of being able to come and go as we please. The room was very nice, lots of good directions and helpful tips for traveling around. I would highly recommend!

Great for a family stay. There's a fully equiped kitchen available downstairs, with a small yard for guests.

The entire place was pristine and so relaxing. It felt very homey and was a very relaxing experience. All interactions with the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend staying here!

Close to the city and easy access to public transportation. If you are driving it comes with a free parking pass that allows you to park anywhere in the city that has a blue parking square

The apartment was just as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed and sofa. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make a full meal easily. The staff was very attentive and had good suggestions for touring. The location is great. Especially recommend the short walk to the Paul Klee center that is very close by.

The building and neighborhood are charming, quiet, and perfectly appointed for a quiet stay. i was not aware that the bathroom is not in the room. The bed, though perfectly comfortable did not have sufficiently large covers for 2 people. i would definitely stay again .

We had a king size bed with our own bathroom. The room was really too small for a king size bed, as it left no room

It was a pleasant surprise! Nice bright clean room and very courteous staff. Location is quite with excellent public transportation with about 7 minutes to city center. I will certainly use Max Attention wherever available.

Sat Nav found it ok and parking at apartment great. Did expect our own kitchen rather than shared. Liked the chocolates on the bed. good tv and English channels. Tram ticket enabled quick and easy access into the old town. Fabulous old centre unfortunately it was a Sunday and all shops closed.ere were all the brewpubs i was hoping for?

Good location. Nice and clean room. Though the hotel gave very clear instructions but you have to manage everything by yourself if you arrive after 6:00 pm since there is no staff there. Give free transportation pass.

We were surprised to learn the apartment shared a common area with 2 other bedrooms - this was not clear from the site. Renters in other room were cooking in the kitchen at 2am. There were no privacy shades for the bedroom which faced the main entrance. The bathtub was old and discolored. Directions to get to the apartment were not clear (only to the office). The man was helpful and courteous.

A bit thrown by no one there upon arrival. A phone was left under a sign explaining to call this number for instructions. Sorry, never made a phone call in Bern, Switzerland. Tried and failed using full number given. Had to find neighbors (good thing I’m fluent in German), explained situation, they made call, retrieved information for lock box, entered house, found room and settled. Room was adequate, but our bed was small and one side was pushed against a wall so one person had to crawl over the other for night bathroom runs. It was a mixed bag. Staff was very nice and helpful.
