The hotel is very central in Champéry but what makes this hotel so good is the staff. Their helpfulness and friendliness should be the aim of every other hotel staff - I can’t speak highly enough about them all.

A beautiful hotel with incredible views of the Dents du Midi. The rooms are clean and comfortable and feel updated. Best of all, the staff is super friendly and helpful. As a bonus to non- French speakers, they speak perfect English.

Great little hotel with personal service. We stayed for two nights in the summer (slower season) and they helped get us a table at a restaurant and gave us suggestions on things to do. One staff member even offered to drive us to a restaurant up the mountain before we found out the restaurant didn't have an open table that night. She also made sure that breakfast would be set up in time for our early departure. Great stuff! We would definitely stay again!

Hotel Suisse, is a traditional village hotel in the centre of Champéry. The staff are all delightful and very friendly. The afternoon tea is a really welcome bonus and the breakfast is traditional and plentiful (but not many hot options without a specific request). I like the fact that it is in the centre of the village but is about 400m from the cable car after a day's skiing. The rooms are warm, comfortable and clean but slightly on the small size. I have used the hotel before and look forward to coming back.

A family run hotel with a wonderful friendly charm. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We had two vegan daughters and the staff bought extra breakfast food in to suit them. The rooms were spotless and the beds comfortable and we require firm mattresses which we had. Slept so well!! We would highly recommend this lovely hotel and it is in a great location also. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Champery.

The team at Hotel Suisse could not have been more friendly helpful or accommodating from enquiries prior to the trip until arrival, and even arranging airport transfers, ski passes and ski lessons. I would highly recommend.

The setting is incredible. Beautiful mountain views, easy to get to by train. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and adequate, beds are nice, TV has lots of channels (although that's not really what you're here for if you're coming to Champéry).

It was, for the most part, a very nice stay. Our only complaint would be that the WiFi wasn't really available in the room. In order to use it from our room, we had to stand in the open doorway. We also found the breakfast to be a bit limited. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely cosy hotel. Bar staff persuadable to put on the 6 nations rugby on the TV. Close to lots of lovely restaurants. Champery is a charming Swiss Village.
