Very close to Nipponboshi Subway Exit 8 so you don't have to be on the surface street when it's sunny & hot outside. 7-eleven is right across the street, Kuromon Market was steps away, so easy to travel around. Room was spacious the four of us (two adults and two teens) didn't feel cramped at all. Having a washing machine in the room allows you to pack lightly and wash at night or early morning and hang dry everything. Felt like a cozy little apartment for our two weeks stay.

👍 location, top floor view, bright with lots of windows and good space for 2 people. Strong communication from host and we appreciated the earlier check in time. Large comfy beds. Cafe (Bony) downstairs is great value and 7-11 across bldg. has elevator too! 👎 it’s an older, dated studio suite, windows, bathroom need replacing or updating and unit needs a deep clean, as we found rogue hair balls!! Noisy during wee hours every night but that’s the location. Kitchenette has one pot but nice dishes.

This room was the most spacious of our stays in Japan! We loved it and appreciated the accommodation so much. It was in a very walkable area of Osaka and 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

I absolutely loved this place! It’s very affordable, especially if you’re staying with a group. The location is perfect, you’re right next to the heart of Osaka. The beds were incredibly comfortable, honestly the best we’ve experienced in Japan. They were so cozy it was hard to wake up in the morning! I loved buying breakfast from the seafood markets next to it. for the price and location this place is 10/10. Thank you!!!

I had a great stay at this apartment with my two kids, and it worked out perfectly for a family trip. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome. The facilities were convenient and well thought out, having a washing machine was especially useful while traveling with children. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for families!

Location very good but very tiny space for 3. For 2 is ok.

My friends and I visited to Osaka with a really tight schedule. We arrived early, and went shopping right away as that's the only day we can do some shopping as the next 2 days will be a busy day tour. We were allowed to leave our bags and luggages at noon time while they clean the room for us. I put on shopping bag on the kitchen counter top next to our luggages. But unfortunately, that one shopping bag was mistakenly thrown by the cleaner. We came back and realized that we were missing one bag, so I messaged the host to inform them about it. The host was accommodating since we started the check in process until the end. The host graciously compensate us. I really appreciate their geture, but it's not about the value of the missing items but the way they communicate with us and very understanding of the situation. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. The room is very spacious, with complete kitchen appliances and the washer is very big plus! Will stay again here for sure! We stayed here for one night in Osaka and it was super close to all the eating we wanted to do and very close to the infamous bar scene as well! Felt safe walking in and around the property. The only downside was the smell of cigarettes around the property/in the room. Our beds were right next to the balcony and I believe that’s where everyone smokes. Otherwise it was a very fancy and clean place!

The location was convenient—within walking distance to Dotonbori and Kuromon Market, making it easy to explore the city. However, the cleanliness needs improvement as it was not up to expectations. Additionally, there were too many restrictions, such as extra charges for using too much water, gas, or electricity, which felt quite limiting. Another downside was the lack of a bidet in the toilet, which would have made the stay more comfortable. Overall, while the location is good, the management should consider improving cleanliness and relaxing some of the strict usage policies.

The property is too small to fit 4-5 pax, the extra bed provided is just a mattress stored in the cupboard, not a proper bed.

Communication was excellent on the transport options and the self check-in instructions. Room is clean and spacious with 3 large beds. Close to many transport and food options. Walking distance to Dontobori. Goof value for money

Close to everything very convenient. Washing machine but no dryer so your jeans will take a while to dry but there’s a laundry facility down the street with dryer

Near to Niponbashi station. Room is quite big and refrigerator is also big. Laundary machine, cooking facility is good for long term traveler.
