Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted warmly and friendly. The facilities are complete and everything is clean. Please give all the staff credit for their excellent work. The food is also very delicious. I promise to stay here again. Thank you for the service, very satisfying❤️

Location can be quite challenging if you don't drive. It's located near Gotemba Premium Outlets. Facilities are great. There is an in-house public bath, and a bathtub in the bathroom. Heater seat bowl and plenty of choices of tea are available in the hotel lobby. Choose the room facing Mt. Fuji. It may just be your lucky day!
