Very quirky/alternate accommodation. Staff were excellent. The room and ensuite were spacious. The breakfast was very good and you can have basic vegetarian meals which is mainly pizza. We had pizza which was excellent, however the menu is very limited and does not include any salads which seems strange as it is vegetarian. Smalland cozy hotel with some lovely sitting areas.

Clean hotel with attractive rooms. We were able to leave our bags whilst we did the volcano walk for the day. Also had breakfast laid out in the morning before the walk

Helpful staff, good breakfast, very comfortable bed

We stayed for 1 night. Check-in was fast and friendly and the room was of a good size. It's located close to town and the area seemed safe. Breakfast was excellent - one of the best we had in Chile. Unexpectedly, the room had Netflix which was a bonus. Negative points would be that the toilet seat in our bathroom was broken, and there was too much noise after 1am (not a weekend) which we think was coming from within the building.

A nice comfortable place to stay with an attached vegetarian restaurant. Offers a fantastic breakfast not like every other hotel in Chile. It is healthy and offers a good variety of options. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The room we had was large and initially a little cold, however the oil heater quickly transformed the room into a comfortable space. The building is quite old and a little run down, however it is clean and the bed is comfortable.

The room was spacious and well suited for our needs. Staff was outstanding- friendly, flexible and accomodating. The staff were extremly informative on the area & activities. Staff also spoke excellent English. We arrived early from the bus station - the staff prepared our room early and stored our luggage on the last day to accomadate our fishing trip and a late bus departure. Also they prepared an early breakfast to be eaten before our fishing trip. Highly recommend and will stay here on future visits. Will highly recommend Lounge Brasil to friends on visits to Pucon, Chile.

Pucon is a small town with a concentrated "downtown" area of restaurants, stores, tour companies, and everything else you need within a small area. Everything is within easy walking distance of this hostel, hotel. We really enjoyed the town and there are a lot of outdoor activities here for everyone. The area is dominated with a view of the Volcano. The lake is on the other side of the small town from this hotel, but it is only about a pleasant 8 minute walk away. The room that we stayed in for 3 nights, "Buffalo", was clean with a king bed that was comfortable. It is a bigger room with 2 bunk beds also, and a private shower tub bathroom. The hostel, is in a quieter area, as it is about 80 yards off of the main street, and not on the main street itself. This is not a 5 star luxury hotel, but a good, clean, pleasant place to stay that is close to everything. I would stay here again and again. .

Parking is in front of the property on a busy street. Stayed one night while the season was low so I didn't have any problems with this, but it could be in high season? Location is super convenient, half a block from a huge supermarket and the end of the downtown area. Pretty much walk to any restaurant you'd like. The hosts were approachable and nice, and the breakfast was home made and yummy. The place is mostly wood... creaky wood. If you're a light sleeper it might be an issue. We were lucky and had an upstairs room so it didn't bother me, but I imagine downstairs it could be different. My biggest beef with the place is the lack of heating, they just gave us a small electric heater and called it a day. The bathroom was... rustic. Shower curtain was hanging literally by a wire.

Excellent service, very clean room, close to many restaurants and the main area of Pucon.

Can't say enough good things about Lounge Brasil. This guest house is very cute, centrally located, and the breakfast was delicious. The service was also extremely friendly. At night our room was a tiny bit cold, but I got the impression this is the way all buildings in Pucon are. Regardless, our bed was very warm and comfy, which is all that really mattered to us. For the price, Lounge Brasil is a steal! I personally wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Pucon!

A charming and friendly guest house in a great location in Pucón. Restaurants, tour agencies, transport and a supermarket are all within a couple of minutes walk. The lake is a short stroll away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are leaving early in the morning they will leave breakfast out for you. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Excelente servicio, muy acogedor y limpio, excelente atención por parte del anfitrión. El agua caliente quemaba pero todo estuvo excelente en general

Decepção! Na chegada , embora dentro do horário estabelecido pelo Hoteis.Com a recepcionista se recusava a nos receber , alegando ter nos mandado mensagens e que não tínhamos respondido. Depois de muita insistência, aceitou fazer nosso Check in. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto apertado e chuveiro que não sai agua e quando sai esfria o tempo todo. No último dia, tínhamos que sair mais cedo para Check out e embora faltava apenas 10 minutos para o inicio do horário do café da manha, a funcionaria se recusou a nos servir o café. Disse que teríamos que tomar o cafe solúvel que estava a disposição. Saímos frustrados para o aeroporto.

Absolutamente fantástico lugar. Se nota que cuidan los detalles. Eso se agradece. Todo lindo y limpio, acogedor y dormimos muy bien. Recomendable absolutamente y en la próxima visita a Pucón es aquí donde nos quedaremos.

Foi tudo uma delicia! A Maria é demais! Nos deu dicas e no dia que íamos embora super cedo, deixou o café pronto na noite anterior. Uma pena q não conseguimos jantar no hostel nenhum dia.. pois fechavam cedo. Ficamos curiosos pelas Pizza’s.
