The hotel is very close to the MRT station, only about a 2-minute walk. The room is very clean, there is a foot massager, a separate bathroom with a toilet. You can take as many amenities as you like near the lobby, but take them in moderation. There is a free lounge, free soft drinks, ice cream, candy, pancakes. I was very satisfied staying here. Close to Tokyo Disneyland, free shoutout too.

Near metro Osaka just around 20 meters, the room was clean.

Actually, Eslead Hotel is nice and good, in terms of location it is only a few meters from the train station, from Dotonburi Glicoman it's a 20 minute walk. The only thing that was lacking was that when checking in and checking out there were no people at all, only via tablet, we stayed 4 nights, the room was not cleaned at all, towels were given in a bag and put in front of the door. The rooms are spacious and clean, everything is okay. Only communication with the hotel must be via email. And reply in Japanese, so communication is not good. That's all the minuses.
