A stone’s throw (okay, a 5 minute walk) from the bus station made this location perfect. The room/apartment was truly wonderful, and the blackout curtain in the bedroom was very much welcomed. Sun didn’t set until 10pm and rose at 4:30.

We loved this place! The cabin was comfortable, had great bathroom, and full kitchen supplies if you want to cook. The manager left fresh bread and butter/jam for breakfast, as well as instant coffee/tea and milk, which was a nice surprise. She was so kind. It's only a few blocks from the central part of town and also near the coast. So much nicer than a hotel room would have been, and for a much lower price. We wished we could have stayed longer!

The hotel staff make you feel welcome and are very helpful. The rental has a full kitchen and a separate bedroom with a king bed. It's a great value run by people with great heart.

The cabins are clean, comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchen and a good Wi-Fi connection. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location is easy to find from the airport and close to the shoreline and Sotito's, my favorite restaurant.

I enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel on my way to Patagonia. The owner was very pleasant when I checked in and my wish for a quiet room was accommodated. There is no breakfast included at this hotel, but restaurants are about a 10-15 minute walk away. Not the cheapest place to stay in Punta Arenas, but it suited my needs very well and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a simple place with no breakfast, although they offer snacks upon check-in. Can't comment too much because Casa Shenu was a quick overnight stop in Punta Arenas on our way to Torres del Paine.

Wonderful proprietors! They welcomed us warmly on New Year's Eve, helped us settle in, then invited us to join the celebrations watching the fireworks.

We only stayed one night but this place would be ideal for a longer stay. We had four adults and four kids so we rented two cabins and put the kids on the pullouts. The cabins are beautiful and have plenty of space. Great layout and very comfortable. They thought of everything. The kitchens are fully stocked with everything you might need, there are towel warmers in the bathrooms, hair dryers, four stools for mealtimes... everything you might need. There is a desk with plenty of outlets. The water pressure and temperature was great, the wifi was a little weak in the bedroom but speed was pretty good. Each cabin has space for one car, plus there is easy street parking. The property is gated and you get a electric gate opener for easy quick access. The location is close to the ocean and downtown. Both cabins were even stocked with plenty of breakfast for the morning. The pullout is a queen size and comfortable but it's worth noting that if the pullout is open there isn't enough space to walk around the bed. It gets a little cramped in the living room with the bed open so if you plan to use it you'll want to put it away each day for more room. I can't recommend this place enough!

We loved our little cabin, it was beautiful, clean and safe. The service was awesome. They even gave us enough food to get us through the first night and morning. It was a pretty, quiet cated community. We loved it.

Arrived in the evening and stayed over for an evening en-route to Torres del Paine. Was welcomed by a very friendly owner who explained the amenities of the cabana. We couldn't understand Spanish and she just a little English but we appreciated her eagerness to help us settle down. Also gave us a local map and recommended a good restaurant nearby for dinner, which we took up and were happy with. The cabana was very clean and clearly very well made with quality materials, fixtures and workmanship, which made one want to take good care of it! Had a good rest and were refreshed for the journey next day. Good place to stay over before moving on to Torres del Paine if you are arriving in the late afternoon or evening.
