I rarely give bad reviews but this one I will be honest, for the sake of other guests.
The balcony door was faulty and cannot be locked. There's no Aircon. Safe deposit box was not properly reset before the next guest comes in. Poor direction from security officers at level 1. Staff couldn't understand English but she tried, which was nice. The one who could speak English was rude & extremely unhelpful. She continued to listen to music while she kept me waiting in the room for service remedy, until I had to take a lift to go to her office at level 8 to demand for immediate help. When i asked to change room, she claimed there was none left. I insisted that the balcony door be fixed or I will have to speak to the owner myself, she then finally 'found' another room. The next day I checked out immediately and paid extra to stay in another hotel, without refund of course. When I was there, apparently 3 guests came to complain that their door was wide open when they got back to their room!! Enough said.
