Lovely hotel in a really fun and area. Staff are amazing and really helpful, the rooms are unique and comfy, and the homemade breakfast so tasty and good. Loved our stay, and hope to return!

CHARMING CONVERTED MANSION WITH GREAT ANTIQUES OF ALL KINDS. WE TOOK THE JR SUITE, WHAT A TREAT. DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL IS A PERUVIAN RESTAURANT OUT OF THIS WORLD. HOTEL STAFF WAS WONDERFUL

This is a beautifully decorated and very comfortable hotel in the posh part of Pereira. Easy walking to the restaurant and shopping area, and right across the street from an excellent Peruvian restaurant. The breakfast was very nice, served in a pretty courtyard. My room was large - with 2 showers and a large sofa. Downtown was also walkable, and the cable car station. Very secure - you have to be buzzed out and in the front gate. Such great value for the price.

Centrally located hotel in Pereira with breakfast and comfortable room with safe, air conditioning and hot water. Staff is attentive. Unique old home with antique decorations. Book rooms towards the back as its in a busy street that can be loud on weekends. Stairs to go up to the property but staff help with your bags after ringing the doorbell. Breakfast consists of different types of egg, fruit, cheese, juice and coffee/hot chocolate. Would be good to have other traditional Colombian breakfast options like empanadas, etc. as well as more sustainable bathroom options for soap, shampoo, etc. not so much single use. Walking distance to two malls. Would stay again.

$400 were taken from my room and I was not given a refund for the days I canceled ahead. I was supposed to be there until 7/2/22 but I left on 6/29/22 and never received a refund.

Very beautiful boutique hotel with nice large, and clean rooms. Convenient to major shopping mall, bars, and excellent nearby restaurants.

When we pulled up a gentleman greeted us at our cab. Great start! Such a lovely small throwback in time. Romantic. We had to leave early and the breakfast gentleman made sure we ate even before the time. He called us a cab. Just a gem of a place!!!!

The property has a cozy classical look/ambiance. We were initially told at the reception that we had previously canceled our reservation however, this was not true

The Don Alfonso is truly one of the best boutique hotels in Pereira. The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and most accommodating. The breakfast is the morning is delicious. For a business person you will not find a better stay.

Good service and breakfast

I liked the location, and the very unique property. I did not like the room setup, also I have to wait for the key holder or any other employee who is on duty to leave or enter the property because they do not have a key system, the ring at the front door is not working properly.
