Tuve una estancia maravillosa de siete días en el Hotel Moet Boutique, ubicado en el corazón de El Poblado a pasos de Provenza. Desde el primer instante, el personal se destacó por su amabilidad, atención personalizada y eficiencia. Gracias a su personal Ángeles, Álvaro, Franklin, Erika y Norelys por su trato atento y por su disposición para resolver cualquier necesidad con rapidez y calidez. Gracias Franklin por cuidarnos mientras íbamos en taxi y asegurarte que llegáramos seguras. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, ordenadas y bien mantenidas. El desayuno, incluido en el precio, ofrecía variedad, todo fresco y sabroso. Super seguro con cámaras de vigilancia y control de acceso. En resumen, desde que llegamos hasta el check‑out, todo estuvo impecable. El ambiente es acogedor, el trato es profesional y amigable una combinación que hace del Hotel Moet una excelente opción para disfrutar Medellín desde su mejor cara. ¡Altamente recomendable!

Beautiful stay, right next to Provenzia. Staff very welcoming and a very secure place. I will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed two nights and in general everything was good, the best thing is the staff they are really friendly, specially Alvaro he was beyond and more.

El cuarto es pequeño, comodo pero las dimensiones son pequeñas, se escuchaba mucho ruido durante la madrugada, eso si excelente ubicación para ir a Provenza y otros lugares cercanos.

Execelente servicio al cliente los empleados muy amables. La localizacion excelente . Lo que deberia mejorar es en mantenimiento de las habitaciones y amoliar el menu de desayuno . Pero en terminos generales fue una buena experiencia .

Llevo visitándolos años desde que abrieron son los mejores, cuentan con un excelente equipo de trabajo. Una ubicación excelente cerca de todo. Los mejores recomendados.

Everything is ok

Had a comfortable stay at Moet Hotel. The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk to the lively Provenza Lane, perfect for exploring the area. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even though they didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish – Google Translate made communication seamless. The only slight downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit cramped. Also, due to the close proximity to Provenza, music could be heard in the room until late at night, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, a great experience with an amazing location and friendly service!

The property is close to many restaurants and things to do. The bad thing is it's too strict. You're not allowed to have guest that's not on your reservation. I felt like a prisoner

When I first checked in the front desk girl insisted I had not paid for the hotel yet only reserved I corrected her and showed her my receipt that said paid then she got on the phone and her manager also said I needed to pay then somehow they looked through another system and "oh yes its paid" but no sorry or anything I personally think that was so rude then whenever I'd walk by the front desk she'd be looking at her phone while talking to me. I complained about my room the toilet seat was loose/wrong size and shower only sprayed hot or cold nothing in between nothing was fixed. Good luck trying to have fun here they have lots of restrictions it felt like a trap its in a party zone but they're trying for the uppity family spot

Álvaro y Julián fueron muy amables y me ayudaron en todos los aspectos. Yo estaba viajando sola y ambos me ayudaron desde cargando mi maleta por las escaleras hasta ayudarme con direcciones y programación de tours. Excelente servicio y ubicación. Las instalaciones muy limpias y la decoración muy linda. Definitivamente volvería
