A good clean room. Dog friendly with plenty of walking around. Would recommend for 1 or 2 nights.

Clean.

The hotel was in a good position. We didn’t have breakfast. We liked the bathroom and other facilities in the room. The heating instructions were unclear on how to start it up. We had a very disturbed night into the very early hours due to very rowdy people in the room next door. The hotel management were not available to deal with it at the time when another guest had requested it. The next morning more than one of us complained at reception.

The room was terrible, next to no lighting, cold and miserable, staff was ok.but the hotel was really difficult to find even with the Sat Nav

Clean room, friendly staff and felt like home. Gave it 4 stars because the mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable for me.

Excellent hotel in a very nice and scenery area.

Quiet location but a bit away from the main towns but a 7 min walk to the tram stop. No shops that nearby for supplies. Very clean and comfortable rooms with decent sized beds. Breakfast was extra and was good if a little expensive

Lovely friendly receptionist and an amazing room. Very clean and spacious.

Nice spot for beach vacation well located near the English Channel coast and Bruges. Bungalows are a steep walk up from the parking lot. Bathroom shower is not enclosed with result that water gets everywhere.

Rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff were fantastic and the location was quiet but also right in the middle of things to do

Great stay

It was terrible. We called hotel. com at 5:30 and our reservation was accepted. When we got there at 6:30 the office was closed and no one was around. There was not even a note on the office door. We asked the neighbors and they said that the office closed at 5:30 that day. We almost had to sleep in our car. There was not even a phone number given to call.

Swimming pool was good for the kids. WI-FI needs to be available in the rooms as well, it was only available neae the reception office.

Lovely room, very clean, lovely friendly staff. I'll definitely be going again.

Very reasonable price for family room, but probably just for 1 night. Quality of the sofa bed was the most horrible one can imagine. Otherwise room was well equiped. It it located outside the town, so it is quite,but it is close to the centre. No one is there in the reception in the evening, but the person on the phone adviced what to do and how to check in.
