Hotel located right on the heart of Tulua, very convenient.to shops, city hall, main church, etc. Staff at the hotel very helpful ready to help with a smile. Thanks to Fernando, Berta at front desk and rest of the team. Jr suite real nice and definitely go back again.

This is an older hotel and it shows in the amenities - the basic rooms, the lack of an elevator, etc. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

It should have an elevator. I was with my 87 years old sister and was difficult to her to go on the stairs.

No hotwater!, is ok but too spensive for the price! Is lime a 2 star and half not even 3

Tulua is not the greatest place and this hotel is clean and quiet. Odd that beds only have sheets and no blanket.

Overall good place to stay: clean, quiet, good A/C, nice restaurant. Poor breakfast, bathroom very small, no elevator.

Convenient down town hotel that provides the basic. I booked the suite, which was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was tasty. Overall experience was good.

El hotel ofrece una buena experiencia en general. El personal es muy amable y la habitación resulta cómoda. Al llegar, encontré algunos cabellos en el baño, detrás de la puerta y en la ducha, pero en general la limpieza fue aceptable. Decidí pasarme al hotel Juan María la noche siguiente y, aunque me pareció más limpio, no cuenta con parqueadero y resulta bastante ruidoso. Por esta razón, si debo regresar a Tuluá, sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Cuando llegue no les aparecía mi reservación, en recepción la persona que me atendió pidió que cancelara y me registrara directo al hotel, no me pareció esto correcto, yo había reservado con anticipación y me encanta reservar por Hotels.com Las instalaciones y servicios excelentes.
