The rooms and bathrooms were quite old.

Great hotel with helpful staff. Lovely pool, clean and fresh presentation. Restaurant only served pizza on the night we stayed, but it was perfect with a carafe of local red wine.

Just a very nice, peaceful stay. Great breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay here and even booked to go back on our return journey. It's a small, quiet hotel with a gorgeous pool and very good restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

While rooms are spacious and clean, the location is really in the middle of nowhere. Also, the pool is not really a hotel pool as advertised, but is overcrowded as it seems to be simultaneously used as a public swim club. Staff is not super helpful either: The front desk flatout refused to give me an iron on a Sunday morning, saying that the maid can do the ironining for me on Monday. (Too bad if you need a nice shirt on Sunday, though...)

We upgraded from economy room. The economy room is small, but otherwise good hotel, good breakfast and very friendly staff. 24/7 reception. Very clean.

Hotel was good, amazing restaurant next door with excellent service and food. Bed was 2 singles not a double and one of the mattresses was so worn there was more than a 4" different in the height between them when pushed together. Pool was closed very early in the evening so no chance to relax after a drive and did not open until 10 am and even then it was not opened until after 10:30 (no good for people that need to leave at a reasonable time)

The hotel is a little difficult to find but in a beautiful and unspoilt setting. I thought the hotel was excellent value for money, the staff could not have been more helpful and the food was good too. The room was adequate on the basis I did not need to spend any time there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggesting places of interest to visit. The restaurant on site was good however the second night we were there it was closed which was a shame because we didn't know the area that well and there wasn't anything close within walking distance. Good place for families to spend a few days as the facilities pool etc were fantastic.

We stopped at this hotel on our trip from North to South. The area was quiet and relaxing. The temperature was too cold to enjoy the pool. The hotel's accommodations were spacious and clean. The breakfast was great. The staff and service went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and at home. We arrived late and were too tired to try the attached restaurant, for which we read great reviews.

Very positive stay

This is very nice and clean place in farm setting. The place is spotless and serves the best full breakfast. Staff is very help full. Narni is a small place like many other Italian hamlets. Terra Umbra is in Narni Scoula witch is below the actual Narni village. It is kind of out of the way place. It is very suitable for quiet relaxing time.

BELLA STRUTTURA PER UN PASSGGIO DI UNA NOTTE

Camera non pulita e maleodorante situata in ala esterna evidentemente trascurata. Mini frigo assente. Colazione pessima non all'altezza di 4 stelle (cereali in monoporzioni scaduti da diversi mesi!!!). Richiesto pagamento immediato all'arrivo e impossibilità di addebito alla camera le consumazioni del bar in piscina. Personale hotel assente in piscina dove si è verificata una rissa tra alcuni clienti e i gestori del bar difronte ai bambini che giocavano in piscina (personale dell'hotel completamente ignaro e assente), chiamata anche ambulanza. Esperienza terrificante...

Camere datate, colazione basica.

Siamo rimaste soddisfatte dell'accoglienza e della pulizia, anche se la stanza era molto piccola per una doppia.
