The phone number registered on hotels.com is incorrect and we were unable to reach hotel. I asked the cluster guard about the Comfy Private Ensuite Guest Room, but they said they didn't know, and it took over 30 minutes to get in touch after wealmost gave up. I heard that there is a 24/7 front desk, but there was no such thing, and the room was just one of a ordinary condominium. There were many falsehoods in the contents posted on Hotels.com, and this hotel? is not recommended. I recommend Air bnb because you can definitely get in touch with the room owner.
