The staff are friendly, especially security and cleaning service. Staying for 2 nights, it was good, especially for surroundings. Power outlet for heater in room needs to be prepared.

the hotel is very comfortable, suitable for children, so when they go to Yogyakarta they don't go anywhere else because everything is already in the hotel, the playground is big, there are many stars that can be seen, there is a comfortable swimming pool, there are many variations of food, especially for children because there is ice cream, popcorn, crepes, mas mellow, basically the children really like to stay here any suggestion if you can check in at 2 or 3 pm, especially when we go there we want to take a nap right away

I am very satisfied staying at this hotel. The location is strategic and close to everywhere, making it very easy to travel. The food choices are also very diverse, suitable for various tastes. A hotel that I think is highly recommended for bringing children. There are many children's activities provided by the hotel, from the mini zoo to the playground. The hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful, from security, FO, to the hotel staff. In terms of food, everything is delicious and there is something for children, only the menu variations on the main food menu are only a few.

Stayed here for one night because I was attracted by the kids-friendly facilities. Facilities such as playground, mini zoo, and other children's rides are indeed good and worth the price, but the room is not very satisfying. First time staying at Hotel Fortuna Grande Seturan. Very very friendly service, everyone who works at this hotel is very friendly. Recommended for families with small children, because there is a playground and mini zoo The swimming pool has a rental of floats and glasses, no need to worry about forgetting to bring swimming goggles

The first time I entered the hotel, I was greeted well, the hotel is really kids friendly, according to my expectations. The facilities are also complete. The breakfast is also delicious. I ordered a deluxe room, it turned out to be quite spacious. Anyway, if you bring children, it's better to stay at Hotel Fortuna Grande.

it was called Dafam before and it was more of a business hotel now it has become a family hotel with amazing features they also have a kids theme room and the best part is they have alots of activities for kids and family amazing good job from Mr Aris as the Director look forward to stay there again in the kids theme room next time we visit we wish the best for Fortuna Grande in the future
