The hotel cosumel at Mexico City,was nice and clean,the service was good they clean rooms every day,they give you clean towels every day,Is not a five Star ⭐⭐ but is a good place to stay the night thank you.

Sheets were clean. No hot water. Saw at least two (small) cockroaches in the room. First night was quiet, but someone started playing extremely loud music from 4:00 AM. Could not sleep. The music restarted at 7:00 AM. Cheap but will not return.

The place is cheap for a reason. Luke warm water that leaks from shower area. Toilet seal leaking on the floor. Bed as hard and uncomfortable as a sheet of plywood and not the cleanest. Only plus is it's relatively close to downtown so cheap Uber rides to go to attractions.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y la cercanía a puntos de interes

La cama tenía cabellos y había hormigas y cucarachas en el baño.

El personal muy amable no hay problema en ello, el tema esque no mantienen un control en plagas hay demasiada cucaracha deberían implementar en sus coladeras las tapas platicas de goma para que no salgan y revisar su mobiliario por qué salieron varias de el tanto de la cabecera de la cama y el mueble donde se encuentra el televisor, otro detalle es el espejo ya que son espejos de dos vías o espía no estén confiados

Good but water would not try hot

Al entrar al hotel, vimos muchos hombres extranjeros conviviendo y fumando enfrente y en el lobby del hotel. Me pareció un hotel donde se manifiesta la prostitución. El wifi no funcionaba desde que llegamos a lo cual el personal mencionó que se debía a un apagón en la zona u que lo repararían lo más pronto posible. Al final, decidimos irnos por estas razones.

There it was always people on the always on the down stairs. Lot of smoke smell. Love that my room was made every day . And it was priceless

There is no fan or air conditioning in the room. No hot water either. They charge extra 50 for remote. In Mexico people think tourist are cash cow to milk!! So effing annoying

I stayed at the property. First of all, the blanket was uncomfortable. It felt itchy. The bathroom is old and the ceiling in the bathroom looked disgusting. No one ever told us we had to leave our key if we wanted our room cleaned although they had the spare. I asked about the restaurant they mentioned and they were like there isn’t one. If I wanted a remote for a tv that was an extra 50 pesos which is cheap but still.
