The place is amazing and the staff is truly kind.

I made a reservation for two rooms, and they said it was just for one, then I have to reserve another one for a higher price.

The hotel is very nice and clean, staff is friendly and helpful, there are plenty of shops within walking distance Break fast was fresh, and coffee was good. If I had one complaint it would be lack of water pressure, but I think that’s true of most of Mexico. Great stay for the price!!

The hotel seems pretty clean and quiet. The receptionist are okay, I feel like they could be friendlier. It’s walkable and decent breakfast. I feel like overall is a good hotel! I always stay here when visiting Zamora.

Great hotel and extremely clean.

We stayed for a whole week and all the staff were extremely friendly and kind. The place is amazing and so extremely tidy. We will definitely stay there again without hesitation.
