El elevador no sirve y hay cucarachas en el baño y de ratos las cucarachas se suben a las almohadas cuando uno esta acostado. El hotel es centrico y seguro.

the property was very dirty and unsanitary. the elevator didn’t work and we needed to go up the stairs.

The hotel and staff very nice, beds are excelent in my opinion and the property is very clean. The only problem with this property is that the elevator is broken. Thank god I was on the second floor, other than that the property is very nice.

Could not find reservation. Air conditioner not very good. No towels. Elevator not working

I hD to walk. 4 stairs flights the elevators was broken the service is lousy since de check in

I made my reservation with the app and when it was time to pay, they tried to charge us more. The elevator didn’t work, so we had to carry our luggage 3 floors. I would never go back. The room was ok. But overall the hotel was in terrible condition. The only great thing was the service from the breakfast (not included) staff. Only one towel in a 2 adults room.

Muchas cucarachas, aunque después de que lo reporte fumigaron Espero que sea constante el servicio de fumigación Aparte de eso la atención del personal es buena

A las 10 me abrieron la puerta, cuando se vencía a las 12, a las 11:30 me fueron a decir que ya por qué me cobrarían más, los elevadores no sirven y me toco 4 piso

Bonito pero tiene mucho olor a cigarro y a la piscina le falta mantenimiento y limpieza
