A little noisy, but the place is nice.

Very nice and friendly place where you have multiple places to eat and enjoy

I like the hotel is clean and the person is nice but the problem is with the water we don’t have enough water but the food and the people are nice and clean but definitely I will back again for the next time we have a chance to go to the vacation with the family

Este hotel es excelente, buena ubicación, hermoso, limpio y sobre todo el servicio a el cliente es espectacular. La señorita Sarahi en el lobby fue sumamente profesional y simpática. Recomiendo grandemente visitar este hotel y su pueble mágico Mocorito. Muchas gracias por la estancia tan maravillosa que tuvimos.

Everything you can find in one place, modern, exquisite and relaxing, merging this Magical Town’s History.

Having a refrigerator in the room would really help.. Staying in the rooms of the main lobby will not let you rest.. They leave music on all day and night. Not to mention the lady that cleans comes in at 7 am talking super loud with receptionist. Its a beautiful hotel but to get the rest needed dont stay on the main lobby.. Not to mention stink bugs come into your room..Pool needs to be more maintain and clean...

The hotel and area is beautiful. The hotel rooms were not very clean. There was 4 people in the room and we only got 2 towels for the room. We had to call and ask for more each day. The restaurant service was not good. They didn’t greet you or offer you a menu. We had to ask. The food was slow coming out and cold. They also have a loud night club on the same floor as the rooms that is open until 3am so we did not sleep well. The staff was also poorly trained in hospitality and customer service.

I like the moderness and the gym. I didn't like the noise from the club all night and they didn't have an iron in the room or an ironing board
