El lugar limpio ameno, solo el WC, no sirve bien cuando uno lo usa, despues de eso este no corta para llenar el deposito y se tira mucha agua, si uno lo usa e inmediatamente sale se queda desperdiciando el agua Cuarto 250, desayuno muy bueno, alberca muy bien

Check in was fast and room was ready. Staff is always super friendly and make me feel welcomed.

La alberca está demasiado clorada. Las llaves de agua caliente y fría de la regadera del cuarto están invertidas. El colchón del lado izquierdo mirando hacia la televisión, está vencido. Saludos.

Love staying at this hotel. Customer service is excellent and the entire staff is really sweet. Rooms are large and clean. I absolutely love having breakfast included. Delicious authentic Mexican food or Continental breakfast if you are more into cereals, french toast, etc.

Room’s shower broken and plugged. A group of people making loud noises very late at night and hotel staff didn’t do anything about it in respect to other guests.

The privacy and the quiet of the room and immediate access from our room to the quiet peaceful garden was great!. I don't know why people in their reviews go on and on about this place being dirty, bad service etc.... we loved it ! ... yes, as in any budget place there will be a few hitches... shower wasn't hot enough and internet didn't work in the room. The construction noise people are cout again is out of proportion. They start at 8.00 am,more like 9.00, and finish around 4.30 / 5.00....So what's your problem? I personally agree and like B&B's and / or guest houses etc kee

On the Expedia site it stated that the hotel is pet friendly, but when we arrived and told them we had a room reserved and needed a pet friendly room we were told that they did not allow pets. Very unprofessional to lie and then turn us away.

Todo muy bien el desayuno la.alberca solo nos toco hospedarnos en las fiestas de la feria de san marcos y nos tocó persons ebrias que no nos dejaron dormir durante la noche de ahi en mas muy bien gente amable e instalaciones.
