Modern,fairly straightforward hotel with no frills but still very comfortable and probably the best in this city (not much choice). Rooms plain but adequate. Good breakfast but restaurant otherwise closed. Quiet,clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

BATHROOMS NEED SOME ATENTION

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Easy and secure parking lot. Rooms were nice and clean. Nice hot showers with decent water pressure. We even had coffee delivered to the room at 6:30 am. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is comfortable, safe, and clean. The staff and owner were amazing and took great care of our family.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a delight the next morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful and patient with my lack of Spanish. They ordered food for me and helped me with setting up transportation. They also happened to be very beautiful!

Lovely, modern hotel with comfortable beds and hot water. Staff did not have much English but were totally able to communicate. It is almost a 2 hour drive to the butterfly sanctuary in Chincua which was absolutely amazing. Continental breakfast was granola and yogurt and a sweet. Good coffee.

Muy buen hotel, tranquilo y silencioso

La atención es muy personalizada. Las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. El restaurante muy bonito y rico. La piscina muy grande no la utilizamos por que hacia mucho frio. Tiene servicio de spa muy recomendable.

Muito bem decorado, quartos grandes, banheiro espaçoso. Pessoal gentil e prestativo.

Me encantó el hotel, bonito, cómodo, con un estacionamiento muy amplio. Las instalaciones limpias, bonitas, cómodas, seguras y además económico. Sin duda regresaría siempre. Lo recomendaría ampliamente.
