This is a old hotel but it's well maintained, staff and friendly a food options are amazing. I will definitely be back when visiting my relatives

Big property, nice rooms, and friendly staff. Only issue was loud wedding parties going on til 3am both nights that we were there

This hotel is a beautiful oasis in a city that is not particularly appealing but is a great base for visiting the attractions in the Huasteca Potosina.

I would recommend this hotel for work or leisure, Clean, courteous and professional staff, Two fine restaurants on site. and you can walk out the gates and feel safe on the streets 5 stars all around

Beautiful hotel

A lovely hotel complex in its own gardens just off the main road through Hotel Valles. Tranquil spot within the city. Plentiful staff, with excellent breakfast options.

The hotel have lots of beautiful trees. The rooms are not sound proof, and there’s not restrictions with loud music. The breakfast buffet needs more selection, the coffee is very good. Staff are very friendly.

We loved the outdoor bar, so beautiful!!

The gardens and location

This hotel is beautiful. Felt safe and friendly staff. Breakfast was included. Rooms located conveniently near parking and close to the front desk. They have a bar and 2 restaurants. Rooms were small but clean.

A surprisingly fine hotel in a small size city in Mexico. It is well located at a major thoroughfare with many restaurants within walking distance. The bed is comfortable and room is clean. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.
