Everybody was polite and professional. The main complaint was the noise and the fact you could hear everything happening in rooms right next to ours.

Check in to hotel is 2pm. We arrived at 325pm and room was not ready. Cleaning staff was very apologetic because they couldn’t understand why front desk would give us a room that other guests had just left and was barely being cleaned. I was HONESLTY expecting some kind of apology or even a credit of some sort from the actual front desk for the hours I was without my room, since it was his fault as he gave us a room that he should have known was not ready. I’ve been staying here for some time every time I go to Cadereyta to visit family. However, it seems they don’t care for actual customer service. Poor staff didn’t know what to do. Just found out today there is another new hotel in town. Might just give them a try since it seems Hotel Nova doesn’t care about my business.

First of all if your not gonna hold a reservation till at least maybe 10pm, then why even offer reserve now and pay later. I got there at 7:29pm just to find out they sold it off to someone else. They did not care if you were out of luck, now having to scramble to find a place to sleep.

Clean and very convenient property. definitely recommend.

My first stay here and it was a great option

The room was clean and cold air conditioning but the bathroom door knob was broken and we got locked inside the bathroom more than once and couldn't get out. Or the door would be stuck and you couldn't get into the bathroom. Other than that, the place is comfortable with free on-site parking. We have stayed before and will again.

Windows do NOT LOCK and apparently they are aware and do not fix the problem. Also, motel facing busy street. It was very LOUD

Great location, clean and great staff!

I stopped here for one night and it was a very relaxing stay. The front office really helped make up for my English Spanish deficiency and the air-conditioning worked great and they have great tacos nearby God bless nova

Esta muy bien ubicado, muy económico.

The room was excellent and very clean. The only bad thing about it was that our room was right next to the laundry room and the cleaning staff were laughing, talking and joking since around 8am and you could hear EVERYTHING. everything they were doing could be heard from our room. Also, the last day we were there the people next to our room got to their room around 530am and you could literally hear all the movements of chairs between the walls. Traffic can also be heard too clear into the room. Other than that, it is a nice hotel if you don’t mind all the noise.

I love this hotel any time I go to Cadereyta to visit I stay here. Compared to Maria Luisa and Best Western this is the best. it's clean, it's an affordable price, staff is super friendly and helpful. room is always clean and I love the cookies and coffee in the room. My kids enjoy it all the time. and it's near the plaza and my aunts house.
