Staff is very rude, there is no laundry room as advertised and they do not provide you with shampoo either.

The bed wasn´t clean and the room was in bad conditions

Room was very worn down. Needs tons of maintenance. Dirty and stained bedding and towels. You have to leave deposit for towels. Staff was not very cooperative and denied accepting cancelation with refund. Hotel is isolated and not easily accesible. Had many bug bites which I am still dealing with. Very noisy neighborhood and there was a pump or something running and stopping all night long. I am not picky and have traveled plenty, but this is by far the worse experience I have ever dealt before.

Worse hotel I ever seen. Pictures are nothing close to reality. Very worn down and dirty. Bedding and towels with stains. You have to pay deposit for the towels

The staff was great... Appreciated their attentiveness... The hotel is outdated; howerever, their customer service makes up for the facilities dire need to upgrade. Overall my stay comfortable.

They didn’t give me the room I booked ! And blamed it on the app

The receptionist is awsome fast and efficient

Property lacks of maintenance, no restaurant jus machine snacks and sodas. Onlybedding was good.

It is what it is for $30. It’s better than a hostel.
