The room looked nothing like the photos. The place was dirty. The bedsheets were dirty, as if they haven’t been washed in a while. I will not stay again here.

The hotel is lovely, the food is delicious but the area is not the best. It is difficult to get anywhere touristy because it’s far from the downtown area. Also, the buildings around it are run down and empty. The bus station is near and so is the hospital. Other than the location, we loved staying at Los Arcos. It’s safe, beautiful, comfortable and the food is awesome.

There was a kitchen but no utensils or dish towels, etc. Other than that, it was lovely.

It’s very close to the central bus station, has a nice restaurant. Beautiful central garden. Wifi is weak in some rooms but strong in others.

Housekeepers were amazing! Always left the room spotless and they were very friendly

Great small Hotel. Front desk was very friendly and check in was so easy. I will definitely stay there again.

This was our second time staying here and just as last time we had a great stay. Everyone was super friendly and was available whenever we needed ... we are planning to go back and we are definitely booking in this hotel again.

The bathroom was a mess. And the shower was terrible. The beds are so hard.
