Excellent location in Reforma area, close to walk anywhere. Nice room, amazing hot strong shower, pool and steam room were nice perks except hot tub and steam room didn’t work one night. There are 2 nearly identical Capri Suites within blocks of eachother. I got dropped off at the wrong one and spent an hour trying to find it because my phone was in SOS mode and I was lost. Very very frustrating. Otherwise I would definitely stay again!

La habitación NO tenía aire acondicionado, solo te ponen un ventilador viejo lleno de polvo. La cama es extremadamente pequeña e incómoda para dos personas, para el tamaño tan espacioso de la habitación fácilmente pueden poner una cama Queen o King, así los huéspedes pudieran dormir más cómodo. El baño no tenia shampoo, papel higiénico ni botellas de agua para beber, tuve que llamar a recepción solicitándolos. Este hotel necesita trabajar en muchas mejoras para sus huéspedes. Lo único positivo de este hotel es la ubicación.

The staff was very professional let me in one hour before the 03:00 pm check in that was wonderful

It would be great to have a ceiling fan in the kitchen area, during the afternoon the room could turn a little humid/hot. But the property was clean, great staff and nice value for what you pay

Great location on Reforma, the roof garden is brilliant, great views and a nice place to sit and relax. Walking distance to Museum of Anthropology and Chapultepec Park, La Condessa is real close too, great place for coffee and food options (Independant businesses). Room was spacious, good cooking facilities, my only complaint is that bed is small, but I am 6"3..

Everything is good. Walking distance to shopping center and restaurants. No AC in the unit.

(First bad review in years!) The hotel room was the hottest place in Mexico: no A/C, no vent to recycle air, no window. It was around 29C (84F) at all time in the room. To get cool air, we had to open the room door and stick the fan outside facing in because the corridor was cooler. Reception is hit and miss. When asked in person to get a towel, they sent us back to our room and asked to call a number... to reception to ask for it. We talked to the same person! And then a grumpy man delivered it. The pool is very shallow with murky water, the showers have pre used pieces of soap and there are no towels available so you have to use the room ones. The suites have a kitchen but nothing to clean the dishes, no hand towel, no oven glove, just some basic utensils that you can use only once. I would recommend not to waste your time, there are better neighbourhoods and better hotels in Mexico city.

Amazing and very clean property. Customer service and rooms are impecable. Fully recommended. Convenience store 7 min walking and coffe shop downstairs.

The location is excellent and gives you access to all the areas you want to visit, but the units are okay, not the best choice! The jacuzzi was dirty, and the jet wasn't working. The pool was too cold to use. There is no AC and only one fan and the room gets hot during the day

Property is OK nothing to write mom about. But the location is spectacular. You’re right downtown Mexico City. You can walk everywhere. Can’t beat the location.
