The hotel is very clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. There was not a hair dryer in the room but was available from the front desk. They also offer van transportation to the tourist sites in the area including Chichen Itza. It was great to stay in a family-owned business instead of in one of the American chain hotels.

A nice small hotel. Friendly staff. Small quiet restaurant with good prices.

Great hotel, really spacious rooms for a very affordable price. The only thing I didn’t like it was that I have reserved through Expedia but because I was paying with card they didn’t validate the promotion from Expedia. It wasn’t too much of a difference but it this that was unprofessional.

Todo muy bien, sólo que te cobran un poci más si haces el pago con tarjeta. En ningún lado lo dice y sólo te enteras al llegar al hotel.

Seems very new. Staff and the hotel were great. They don't take credit cards at this time; it wasn't a problem, but I did not know see it in Expedia. It may matter to people.

Habitación amplia y limpia, el baño amplio, solo que como en la gran mayoría de los baños de la ciudad y en general de la península, la regadera ligeramente obstruida por sarro. Pero en general muy bueno.

El confort de las camas , la habitación en general excelente,, frigobar, limpieza. Ubicación. Atención en recepción excelente. Muy amables todos.
