Fantastic, vibrant hotel with great staff!!!

Beautiful, charming little boutique hotel. We loved it! We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Maastricht.

Convenient location, close to the market Square vibrant even in the spring showers. The left was out of service during our stay, but the staff was great about helping us trundle the luggage up and down a winding staircase that served our room.

Very nice staff and a good, central location (despite some street noise on weekends) with a very good restaurant that can function as a workspace during the day. The room I had (superior, top floor) was ok but there was no elevator or advance notice of this (I found it strange that more affordable rooms have an elevator while these superior rooms were hard to access). The heat was very unreliable and difficult to regulate; some foul odors from the bathroom pipes; and very low ceilings with wooden beams that one can easily run into. Not a very comfortable room overall.

We had to arrive before 11.00PM as no attendance is on site thereafter. The lock on the door of our room wasn't working; a bit unpleasant when you have a room on the patio.

Nice small boutique hotel, we had a generously sized room right under the roof. Downside: you need to walk up the stairs with your luggage and there's no help offered and you can't fully darken the room as the lower windows have no blinds.

It is close to the market square and walk distance to the city center.

Maastricht is beautiful city. Staff were very helpful and the room is spacious and lovely

Very centrally located, and very comfortable. Attractive rooms and friendly helpful staff. A perfect base to explore a beautiful city!

Quirky little boutique hotel in a great location on the edge of the old town. Good choice of eating places within a few minutes walk. Shops are 5 mins away. Rooms/bathrooms were clean and bed was super comfy. Would stay here again if visiting Maastricht.

Position of the hotel was fantastic and staff very helpful, although reception was closed when i wanted to check out at 7.30 which made me late for a meeting. Lift was out of action temporarily but we were notified of this well in advance. Overall, i would definitely recommend and use it again.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Convenient location and good amenities. Especially the garden at the back. Only two minor criticisms: 1. The basin did not have anything that allowed it to be filled. Just had to keep the tap running. 2. The power points by the beds are inconveniently located.

The hotel is very charming and well located. The wifi, however, is totally unreliable. Sometimes doesn't work at all, and at other times is slower than a dial-up. There are no drawers to put things away. There is no full length mirror. The light in the room is very dim. There are insufficient plugs for charging up one electronics. I

The staff are so friendly and accommodating!! The location is perfect - close to shopping, restaurants, and museums. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!!

Very nice hotel in the heart of Maastricht. It was great to have AC in the room. I never ate at the restaurant but the area is full of places to eat. Parking is a bit of a challenge.

Great hotel, great location. We parked in Q-Park (five minute walk) 9euro for 24 hours. The hotel is right in the edge of town walking distance to everything. Grocery restaurants and sights. Perfect getaway.
