This was a beautiful hotel, the hot baths were amazing and a very good breakfast.

Nice hotel, interesting area with lots of amenities nearby. About 25 minutes walk from the JR station. Close to the bar and restaurant district. Not much English spoken by staff.

Bus stop in front of hotel and often, so it is convenient and good location, safe, clean and totally new hotel. Well service with English speaking, communal bath for both men, women side. Free breakfast, fresh coffee 24h . It is one of the best in terms of money and staying.

Neat and clean. Coworking space and trendy beer bar are located just around the corner.

The hotel isn’t near the train station. You can either take a taxi or walk 15-20 minutes. The best thing is that it’s a brand new hotel. They provided shampoo, conditioner, separate body and hand soap.

A new hotel with new amenities. Offers good coffee to the guests.

フロントでの説明が少なくテレビを見るのにも当初、苦労します。部屋に資料もなく結局、フロントに聞くしかありません。また、コンビニも少し遠く、飲食店もないので車がないと何もできないかと思います。

今回連泊でしたが、朝食にもっとバリエーションがあれば尚良かった。でも全体的に満足でした。特に清潔感が良い！

フロントマンの声が小さく、説明が聞き取れない部分があった。

飲屋街から近いですがエアコンの位置が頭元にあり風向調整必須です

ユニバーサルルームだったので広々してました 吹雪くようや悪天候で寒かったので、お部屋のプレヒーティングなど配慮があれば尚良かったです。朝ごはんはバイキングと呼ぶにはメニューが寂しかったです。

二度目の利用です。 スタッフさんの挨拶が行き届いていました。 ホテル前の駐車場は予約制なのでしょうか？ チェックイン時に車を仮置きするスペースが あるといいと感じました。

温泉も付いてて川反も近く便利で良かったです。

新しくて綺麗です。ビジネスホテルだと思えば良い感じ。部屋は狭いけれどこれはこれで心地よい。 施設の説明があまりなく分かりづらい事が多かったです。 お風呂はMAX3名。小さいです。 駅から徒歩20分とありますが、旅の荷物を持って30分以上かかり辛かった。帰りはタクシーにしました。休憩でお茶を飲む所もお店もない道中は本当にきつかったです。

出張にて利用させて頂きました。 少し寒くなり初めての訪問、ホテルロビー等施設全体が温かみのあるたたずまいに安心感を感じましたね。浴場もこじんまりしており朝風呂は長くゆっくり楽しめました。朝食付きをチョイス全て頂きました。味付け、ラインナップ共に凄く満足でした。

浴槽の何処にも掴るステイが付いていないため 高齢者及び身体障碍者には危険である。
